Homeowners and both private and social landlords and tenants in Scotland could all be set to benefit from the rollout of more funding for them to make energy-efficient improvements to their properties.
Under a new phase of the Scottish government's Green Homes Cashback Scheme, homeowners will be able to apply for up to £7,300 to improve the EPC rating of their dwellings - for example, by implementing insulation solutions or investing in other measures that have been approved by a Green Deal Assessment Report.
